33 homes were sold in August, The Minimum Listing Price $325,00 and Selling Price was $325,000 with 3 bedrooms, 1 baths, 1025 square feet house, and 2954 sq ft lot, and 1 day on the market

Maximum Listing Price $899,900 and Selling Price $865,,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3482 sq ft home, 26,9146 sq ft lot, and 196 days on market. Average Listing Price $611,377, Selling Price $609,224 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2017 sq ft home, 10,778 sq ft lot and 45 days on market. 

6 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 10 on the 500K to 600K, and 5 on the 660K to 700K. From the entire sale there was 1 on probate and 2 short sales, and 1 reo aka bank owned home.

                                MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 4.0% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.75% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment

There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance. VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
