TOLUCA LAKE CA REAL ESTATE HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR 2ND QUARTER vs 1ST OF 2015
In the Second Quarter (04/01/2015 to 06/30/2015) 23 vs 16 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $519,000 vs $641,000 and Selling Price was $538,000 vs $695,525 with 2 vs 2 bedroom, 1 vs 2 baths, 990 vs 1206 square feet house, and 5306 vs 5214 sq ft lot.

Maximum Listing Price$3,199,000 vs $5,500,000 and Selling Price $3,100,000 vs $5,500,000 with 6 vs 5 bedrooms, 7 vs 7 baths, 5086 vs 4761 sq ft home, 15,011 vs 26,787 sq ft lot, and 193 vs 277 days on market.

Average Listing Price $1,220,009 vs $1,732,993 and Selling Price $1,199,286 vs $1,721,708 with 3 vs 4 bedrooms, 2.65 vs 3.5 baths, 2245 vs 2722 sq ft home, 8622 vs 9221 sq ft lot and 51 vs 61 days on market.

2 vs 0 sales were in the price range of 500K to 600K; 2 vs 2 sales on the 600K to 700K range, and 4 vs 3 on the 700K to 800K. 1 vs 0 sales were bank owned aka reos, 1 vs 0 probate sale, 2 vs 0 on short sale and 2 vs 0 with notice of defaults aka nod. On the first quarter all of them were standard sales.
