Valley Village CA Homes Sold on First Quarter of 2015

VALLEY VILLAGE CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER 2015
 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 30 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $339,000 and Selling Price was $450,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 1126 square feet house, 5949 sq ft lot.
Maximum Listing Price $2,395,000 and Selling Price $2,395,000 with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5003 sq ft home, 12,603 sq ft lot, and 616 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $879,195 and Selling Price $882,250 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2038 sq ft home 7879 sq ft lot and 78 days on market.  
From all the sales, 6 were in the price range of 600K to 700K and 10 sales on the 700K to 800K;  Also  2 of the sales were short sales 1 on probate and the rest were standard sales.
 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it at 4.250% with a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.00% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
