Maximum Listing Price $2,395,000 and Selling Price $2,395,000 with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5003 sq ft home, 12,603 sq ft lot, and 616 days on market.
Average Listing Price $879,195 and Selling Price $882,250 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2038 sq ft home 7879 sq ft lot and 78 days on market.
From all the sales, 6 were in the price range of 600K to 700K and 10 sales on the 700K to 800K; Also 2 of the sales were short sales 1 on probate and the rest were standard sales.
