49 homes were sold in May. The Minimum Listing Price $375,00 and Selling Price was $335,000 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1206 square feet house, and 5025 sq ft lot.
Maximum Listing Price $1,399,000 and Selling Price $1,340,000 with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4922 sq ft home, 35,926 sq ft lot, and 139 days on market.
Average Listing Price $589,775, Selling Price $589,031 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2054 sq ft home, 11,758 sq ft lot and 35 days on market. 15 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 12 sales on the 500K to 600K range. And 12 on the 660K to 700K. From the entire sale there was 1 on probate and 2 short sales.
