Sun Valley CA Homes Sold on First Quarter of 2015

SUNLAND CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER 2015
 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 28 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $299,992 and Selling Price was $315,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 810 square feet house, 4022 sft lot, and 1 day on the market.
Maximum Listing Price $589,000 and selling Price $580,000 with 4bedooms, 3 baths, 2304, sq ft home, 26,794 sq ft lot and 207 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $443,142 and Selling Price $447,143 with 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, 1373 sq ft home, 7752 sq ft lot and 48 days on market.
From all the sales, 8 were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 14 sales on the 400K to 500K;  Also  1 of the sales was short sale, and 1 bank owned aka real estate owned..
 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it at 4.0% with a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.125% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down.
 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
