Maximum Listing Price $535,000, Selling Price $535,000, house with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2520 sq ft home, 18,709 sq ft lot, and 152 days on market.
Average Listing Price $350.206 Selling Price $344,198, house with 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, 1328 sq ft home, 7428 sq ft lot and 57 days on market.
6 sales were in the price range of 200K to 300K and 15 on the 300K to 400K. From all the sales 3 were bank owned aka reo, 2 short sales and the rest were standard sales.
