Winnetka CA Home Sales Statistics For 1st Quarter 2015

 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 59 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $249,000 and Selling Price was $215,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 755 square feet house, 5054 sq ft lot, and 2 days on market
 Maximum Listing Price $625,000 and Selling Price $530,000 with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,244 sq ft home, 17,542 sq ft lot, and 192 days on market..
 Average Listing Price $447,378 and Selling Price $445,234 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths,  1590 sq ft home 7733 sq ft lot and 60 days on market.  33 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 13 sales on the $300K to 400K. From all the sales 6 were short sales, 4 reo aka bank owne, 2 probates and the rest standard sales.

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.91% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.02% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
