Maximum Listing Price $1,299,000 and Selling Price $1,250,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3650 sq ft home, 38,537 sq ft lot, and 48 days on market..
Average Listing Price $614,444 and Selling Price $658,163 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1990 sq ft home 26,750 sq ft lot and 62 days on market. 24 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 35 sales on the $500K to 600K. From all the sales 5 were short sales, 4 reo aka bank owned and the rest were standard sales.
