 Maximum Listing Price $6,995,000 vs  $3,199,000 and Selling Price $6,500,000 vs $3,100,000,  5 vs 6 bedrooms, 7 vs 7 baths, 10,000 vs 5086 sq ft home, 32,317 vs 15,011 sq ft lot, and 418 vs 193 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $1.363,450 vs $1,220,000 and Selling Price $1,333,630 vs $1,199286 with 3 vs 3 bedrooms, 2.5 vs  2.6 baths, 2313 vs 2245 sq ft home, 11,001 vs 8622 sq ft lot and 62 vs 51 days on market.
