Homes on Lease Purchase Option Program Available

Instead of just leasing a property, choose the area and the house you want to live at.

The lease purchase program is available, below are the requisites to qualify for it:

1.- Present last 2 years income taxes with w2 forms
2.- Last 4 pay stubs
3.- Last 4 bank statments

You will meet lender's loan officer to explain the program in details, plus you'll be be pre-qualified for the lease amount you can afford, based on your income. You can be on the lease option purchase program for a maximum of 6 years to exercise the purchase.

You need to bring 8% of the purchase price plus $1000. It doesn't matter if you had bankruptcy, short saled your home or it went to foreclosure, your will have time to fix that part of your credit.

You can live in a house, condominium or townhouse, that is your choice. This program applies for the following Counties: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County and Ventura County,
