SUNLAND CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER 2015
 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 28 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $299,992 and Selling Price was $315,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 810 square feet house, 4022 sft lot, and 1 day on the market.
Maximum Listing Price $589,000 and selling Price $580,000 with 4bedooms, 3 baths, 2304, sq ft home, 26,794 sq ft lot and 207 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $443,142 and Selling Price $447,143 with 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, 1373 sq ft home, 7752 sq ft lot and 48 days on market.
From all the sales, 8 were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 14 sales on the 400K to 500K;  Also  1 of the sales was short sale, and 1 bank owned aka real estate owned..
 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it at 4.0% with a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.125% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down.
 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.

The Minimum Listing Price $160.00 and Selling Price was $247,500 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 748 square feet home, and 5017 sq ft lot. Maximum Listing Price $899,000 and Selling Price $880,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3724 sq ft home, 44,673 sq ft lot, and 358 days on market. Average Listing Price $444,124 Selling Price $442,324 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1413 sq ft home, 10,497 sq ft lot and 61 days on market. 18 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 11 sales on the 400K to 500K range. From all the sales 1 was a probate, 1 short sales, 3 bank repos aka reo.
