Maximum Listing Price $500,000 and Selling Price $460,000 with 7 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3923 sq ft home, 16,702 sq ft lot, and 257 days on market.
Average Listing Price $377,633 Selling Price $377,642 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1433 sq ft home, 6946 sq ft lot and 64 days on market.
27 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 7 sales on the 400K to 500K range. From all the sales 1 was a probate, 4 short sales, and 1 bank repos aka reo.
