Average Listing Price $412,669, Selling Price $412,792, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1617 sq ft home, 8997 sq ft lot and 50 days on the market.
35 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 28 on the 400K to 500K. From all the sales 5 were bank owned aka reo, 7 short sales, 1 probate and the rest were standard sales.
