MISSION HILLS CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER OF 2015
 January 01 to March 30, 2015
20 homes were sold on the First Quarter. The Minimum Listing Price $333.900, Selling Price $312,745; house with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 1057 square feet home, and 6007 sq ft lot, and 5 days on the market.
 Maximum Listing Price $549,950, Selling Price $550,000, house with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2536 sq ft home, 85,159 sq ft lot, and 262 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $428,7,35  Selling Price $426.362, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1604 sq ft home, 11,614 sq ft lot and 77 days on market.  
7 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 11 on the 400K to 500K. From all the sales 1 was bank owned aka reo and the rest were standard sales.

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE
 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 4.00% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.75% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
