Average Listing Price $340,283 Selling Price $335,045 house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1369 sq ft home, 11,055 sq ft lot and 55 days on market.
8 sales were in the price range of 200K to 300K and 29 on the 300K to 400K. From all the sales 4 were bank owned aka reo, 2 short sales, 1 probate and the rest were standard sales.
