Average Listing Price $437,270 Selling Price $435,549 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1559 sq ft home, 12,219 sq ft lot and 54 days on market.
11 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 23 sales on the 400K to 500K range. From all the sales 1 was a short sales, and 1 bank owned aka reo.
