Maximum Listing Price $2,299,000 and Selling Price $2,175,000 with 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 6743 sq ft home, 44,153 sq ft lot, and 359 days on market..
Average Listing Price $750,547 and Selling Price $736,532 with 4 bedrooms, 2.75 baths, 2329 sq ft home 11,498 sq ft lot and 78 days on market. 34 sales were in the price range of 600K to 700K and 34 sales on the $700K to 800K. From all the sales 5 were short sales, 6 reo aka bank owne, 2 probates and the rest were standard sales.
