Maximum Listing Price $1,249,000 and Selling Price $1,270,000 with 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4000 sq ft home, 21,935 sq ft lot, and 184 days on market.
Average Listing Price $643,400 and Selling Price $626,214 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1823 sq ft home 7784 sq ft lot and 64 days on market.
From all the sales, 12 were in the price range of 500K to 600K and 14 sales on the 600K to 700K; Also 2 of the sales were short sales 1 on probate and the rest were standard sales.
MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE
Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it at 4.250% with a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.00% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
