NORTH HOLLYWOOD CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER OF 2015
 January 01 to March 30, 2015
67 homes were sold in May. The Minimum Listing Price $299,000 and Selling Price was $315,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 744 square feet house, and 1141 sq ft lot.
 Maximum Listing Price $820,000 and Selling Price $820,000 with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2945 sq ft home, 13,883 sq ft lot, and 287 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $473,869  Selling Price $465,245 with 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, 1400 sq ft home, 6647 sq ft lot and 35 days on market.  
17 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 29 sales on the 400K to 500K range, and 14 on the 500K to 600K. From all the sales 4 were probate, 2 short sales, 6 bank repos aka reo.

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE
 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 4.125% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.75% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
