 Maximum Listing Price $549,950, Selling Price $550,000, house with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2536 sq ft home, 85,159 sq ft lot, and 262 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $428,7,35  Selling Price $426.362, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1604 sq ft home, 11,614 sq ft lot and 77 days on market.  
7 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K and 11 on the 400K to 500K. From all the sales 1 was bank owned aka reo and the rest were standard sales.

 Average Listing Price $437,270  Selling Price $435,549 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1559 sq ft home, 12,219 sq ft lot and 54 days on market.  
11 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 23 sales on the 400K to 500K range. From all the sales 1 was a short sales, and 1 bank owned aka reo.

West Hills California Homes Sold 1st Quarter of 2015

WEST HILLS CA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR FIRST QUARTER 2015
 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 98 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $399,999 and Selling Price was $412,500 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 1160 square feet house and 5004 sq ft lot.
 Maximum Listing Price $1,299,000 and Selling Price $1,250,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3650 sq ft home, 38,537 sq ft lot, and 48 days on market..
 Average Listing Price $614,444 and Selling Price $658,163 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths,  1990 sq ft home 26,750 sq ft lot and 62 days on market.  24 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 35 sales on the $500K to 600K. From all the sales 5 were short sales, 4 reo aka bank owned and the rest were standard sales.
 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.84% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 4.03% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment
