GRANADA HILLS HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR MAY 2015

39 homes were sold in May. The Minimum Listing Price $370,100 and Selling Price was $380,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 850 square feet house, 1 Day on the market and 5086 sq ft lot.

Maximum Listing Price $1,629,000 and Selling Price $1,550,000 with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5657 sq ft home, 21,079 sq ft lot, and 182 days on market.

Average Listing Price $576,449, Selling Price $577,994 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1905 sq ft home, 9222 sq ft lot and 41 days on market.  16 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 9 sales on the 500K to 600K range.

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.875% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.74% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment

There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
