Average Listing Price $1,036,422 and Selling Price $1,002,171 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2772 sq ft home14,109 sq ft lot and 81 days on market. 7 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 9 sales on the 500K to 600K. Only 1 home was in process of foreclosure and the rest were standard sales.
