The Palos Verdes fire is 35% contained and will be fully controled in the next few days, no homes were destroyed and only 6 homes suffer minor damaged, it went out of control after 8:30pm yesterday evening 082709. It already burned 100 acres.
Palos verdes is a ritzy area and site of million dollar homes, it is part of Los Angeles County.
