Burbank CA Homes Sold in 2013

Burbank California Homes Sold and Prices in 2013

First Quarter Sales 117        2nd Quarter 167    3rd Quarter  173       4th Quarter 159

Minimum Listing Price
$ 139,000                                $229,900                $355,000                $270,000

There was an increase of 39.6% from the 1st Q to 2nd, 36%, to 3rd and a decrease of 24% to the 4th.

Minimum Selling Price
$160,000                                  $229,900               $370.000               $273,000

The difference here is an increase of 30.5%, 38%, and a decrease of 26.1% respectively compared

Maximum Listing Price
$1,590,000                              $1,795,000            $1,599,000            $1,290,000

Increase 11.46%, decrease 11.4%, and a decrease of 19.2% respectively compared

$593,938                                 $639,614              $638,172                $631487

Increase 7.1%, decrease 2.21%, decrease 10.3%

There is one thing in common in all quarters from 1st to 2nd  in all cases were an increase, from 2nd to 3rd shows a decrease and in all cases of the 4th quarter except in the average selling price shows a decrease.

The number of units sold increased consistently during the first 3 quarter and decline on the last one.

There was only strong growth on the 1st and 2nd quarter in the minimum listing and selling price,  the rest of the year show a decline in both sides.

I foresee a decline in the number of units sold as well as listing and selling price on the first quarter of 2014.
