 Maximum Listing Price $820,000 and Selling Price $820,000 with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2945 sq ft home, 13,883 sq ft lot, and 287 days on market.
 Average Listing Price $473,869  Selling Price $465,245 with 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, 1400 sq ft home, 6647 sq ft lot and 35 days on market.  
17 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 29 sales on the 400K to 500K range, and 14 on the 500K to 600K. From all the sales 4 were probate, 2 short sales, 6 bank repos aka reo.

 Find a specialty. Become an expert at some important function within your organization or department. Once you become the go-to person for solving specific kinds of problems, people will look to you for help and leadership in other areas.
 Show initiative. Don’t wait for managers to tell you what to do. Launch a pilot project on your own to help your organization achieve its goals. Make suggestions for developing new products or cutting costs. Let everyone know you’re committed to making a difference.
 Expand your networks. The more people you know, the more influence you have. 39 homes were sold in May. The Minimum Listing Price $370,100 and Selling Price was $380,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 850 square feet house, 1 Day on the market and 5086 sq ft lot.

Maximum Listing Price $1,629,000 and Selling Price $1,550,000 with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5657 sq ft home, 21,079 sq ft lot, and 182 days on market.

Average Listing Price $576,449, Selling Price $577,994 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1905 sq ft home, 9222 sq ft lot and 41 days on market.  16 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K and 9 sales on the 500K to 600K range.

Father's Day Gifts

Two Special Ways To  Honor Honor Thy Father
       Your father, or perhaps your grandfather, plays a special role in your life. Let him know that. This Father’s Day, skip the necktie and tell your dad or granddad what he really means to you. Some suggestions:
  •  Write a letter thanking him. Tell him what he means to you. Read it in front of him and the whole family. You can frame it and even add photos or other mementos, creating an art piece.
  • Create a thank-you review book. On each page, write a memory of something that you loved doing with him. Example: “Thanks, Dad, for the time you said that my math teacher was wrong and you gave me the right answer. And then told me never to correct the math teacher! Great advice."
